Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrived damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong thing contact us and we’ll fix it.
Free Exchange:
Need to size up or down? No problem! If you are within 30 days ofyour purchase date your unused items in good condition are eligable for a Free Exchange! Contact us at info@gimmieabark.com to get started. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Free Returns:
We know dog sizing can be tricky, which is why we offer free returns. Send back any unused items within 30 days for a full refund! Just send us an email and we can start processing your return. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Holiday Goodies and Limited Edition Items are subjected to a 15-day return policy to keep it in season for it's furever home.
Prep Your Return:
• Just like humans, we know pups need to try things on to make sure they're the perfect fit!
• Make sure your return/exchange is clean and free of dirt, debris and dog hair!
• Please ensure that the product has no wear and tear.
• Items returned with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, cigarette smoke) will not be accepted.
• Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, but packaged separately with separate labels. Returns that are combined may result in delayed processing or not be processed at all.
• If you've got any of the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange.
We’ll email you when the return has been received and processed. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren’t liable.
If your return has wear and tear?
So, what happens if your return or exchange isn't in the best condition when we receive it? If it can still be used, we will likely pass it along to a local shelter. If it cannot be reused by a pup in need, we'll dispose of it on our end.
Unfortunately, for any items that have clear use/wear and tear we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations & Changes – If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to info@gimmieabark.com .Be sure to include your name and order number.
